Quality control

Availability, control, homogeneity, complete and customised documentation of the entire treatment cycle compose the leit-motif of the services offered by the company, in full harmony with the strict requirements of TÜV certification (download the certification ) in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

Moreover, control of every heat treatment cycle for both steel and aluminium structures is entrusted not only to the traditional electronic monitoring systems but also a sophisticated software system which detects, records and stores all the cycles performed, thus guaranteeing traceability.

On the customer's request, all treated materials can be submitted to:

• non-destructive checks (magneto-particle test by level II personnel);
• durometer tests;
• micron painting test.
